A newly
developed, high performance engineering plastic which exhibits
extremely low heat transfer characteristics is used in manufacturing
the heat transferring components of the 702Z, making the valve "self insulating".
This plastic material Reny HR85LV" is employed in manufacturing the actuator / operator mounting plate of the valve, while other body components remain die cast aluminium.
Reny HR85LV exhibits the following performance enhancing features: low water
absorption, high resistance to corrosion, heat resistance and shock resistance.
